Philosophy
We have a philosophy, not a Design style.
Architecture is about the art of living and of constructing the best habitat for such life.
The human physical, emotional and spiritual needs
It must be oriented to foster a more comprehensive and harmonious development of users, both in physical and emotional terms and must not be overpowered by rationalization. Furthermore, it has to include beauty, magic and mystery.
Facing a gradually more uniform world, it is necessary to rescue and re-interpret identity values, old and new without adopting the answers from a past gone.
Design guided by nature in a contemporary response
Each project must be a unique answer to the problem of habitat, being developed in strong relationship with the site, climate and surroundings.
Contact with Nature and the great lessons emerging from it are a fundamental source of inspiration. State of the art technology and other design or management resources to produce environmentally responsible solutions to human habitat are a most at every scale of design.
The international scene and collaboration
DVA has successfully engaged in all types of projects within Mexico and abroad. Collaboration between disciplines , countries or expertise, has enabled the firm to endeavor different kind of projects in equally different working environments and scales.
A language and a philosophy to be applied to be competitive in the design contemporary design scene are constantly being improved, as well as the most adequate and refined technological advances and resources available utilized.
